YIN YOGA WORKSHOP

Please join me for a Yin Yoga workshops.
We will begin our Yin yoga workshop with a meditation and cleansing pranayama practice to prepare mind, body and breath for our asana practice. Our physical asana practice will comprise of a passive series of poses (primarily seated or supine) which are typically held for around 3 to 5 minutes to access the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue around the joints and enhance the flow of chi (prana) through the meridian energy channels within the body. A deep guided relaxation will close the practice and hopefully leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Spaces are limited and therefore bookings will need to be made via the ‘Make A Booking’ page .
