Parent and Baby Yoga classes are especially designed to help promote bonding between a parent and baby as well as aid a baby’s transition from womb to world. Each session lasts around one hour and covers techniques and practices that will help you aid your baby’s co-ordination and brain development as well as strengthen their respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems. In addition to this you will learn gentle yoga stretches and practices for your body that can improve your overall feeling of well being, strengthen your confidence as you transition into parenthood and promote relaxation.
